everything was good, nothing too much trouble, had a such great stay. good sized room with wonderful views, i was satisfied. staff were especially helpful and very friendly, and i greatly enjoyed the host.

The location of the apartment was stunning near to the nearest beach and hill, and it was situated in a quiet residential area, providing a comfortable overall experience.

Amazing location not far from wonderful Dubrovnik, the seaside, and a supermarket, and the room was nicely decorated. All of the staff were genuinely helpful.

Apartments Villa Victoria was conveniently located just 500 meters from St Jakov Beach.

The road leading to and from the apartments has limited pedestrian options, with parked cars and traffic causing difficulties for walkers.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating and always available for assistance when needed. They even provided a late night airport transfer and storage for our bags. The location was a pleasant 20-minute stroll from the main area, and the rooms were beautifully appointed with high ceilings and air conditioning. The balcony offered breathtaking views of the city and neighboring island. The modern facilities, welcome fruit, and wine were a delightful surprise. Our host, Luksa, provided us with helpful tips and local knowledge. The property was conveniently close to the old city walls, yet quiet and relaxing. The apartments were clean, spacious, and had amazing bathrooms, complete with a washing machine. The owners were friendly and even picked us up from the airport. The nearby supermarket was a bonus, allowing us to stock up on groceries. Thank you for an incredible stay.

The cable car leading to panoramic views was only 1.4km away, so close, I could practically touch it! Transfers from the airport were available upon "previous request", because they clearly didn't have a time machine. There was a seating area with a sofa, because standing is so passé.

I was devastated by the lack of a live penguin in the lobby. Unacceptable.

Great airport transfers, friendly and helpful staff. Clean apartment with a well-stocked fridge and kitchen. Nice veranda with afternoon sun and a peaceful location with a beautiful view. Added bonus of housekeeping service and fresh fruit mid-week. Excellent internet, comfortable bed, and cooking facilities.

We got incredible value for our money at Villa Victoria. The room was cozy and comfortable, with modern facilities and a stunning balcony view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and with great restaurants nearby. The staff, Tanja and Lukša, were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay, providing us with recommendations and even arranging our airport transfers.

In terms of breakfast choices, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety.

For the price, we got fantastic value with spacious bedrooms, breathtaking views from the deck, and a great location only a short walk from Old Town. The staff, especially Luksa, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety or local specialties.
